Shipping costs

The shipping costs of Vasos del Verano are automatically calculated in the checkout process depending on the chosen shipping time location and carrier.

Shipping

Your order will be sent by post within 24 hours (working days). It will take between 2 and 7 working days for your order to arrive. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail once the package has been sent so that you can track your order. This delivery time is a guideline and not a guarantee. Vasos del Verano does not accept any liability should anything go wrong with the carrier, but we will do everything we can to get your package to you as soon as possible. Local Pick-up

When placing an order you will be able to select a local pick-up without any charges. you can pick up your order at our local partner Dumas Design in Benissa or Tres Chicas in Moraira. Order before 10 p.m. and your products will be ready between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. the next working day. Collection is only possible from Monday to Friday.

Safe online payments

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the ordered product, you have 14 days from purchase to register the product for return. The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. Costs for returning the product will be paid by the consumer. If you make use of your right to return, we will refund the entire order amount including shipping costs to your account within 14 days of the return notification. If you want to return the product, please send an email to info@vasosdelverano.com. We will respond within 24 hours with the return instructions.
